Jeremy Smith
Founder, Principal
Jeremy Smith has spent 10 years assisting orthopedic surgeons by providing the best products available for his clients. Mr. Smith began his career in the medical device space with Surgical Devices Inc, where he was responsible for developing the sales channel for automated and robotic technologies in the total joint replacement space. Following Surgical Devices Inc, Mr. Smith moved into roles of increasing responsibility with Zimmer-Biomet, Arthrex, and Flower Orthopedics, where he was brought in as a sales consultant and distributor, responsible for the strategic planning, business development, and sales of a multi million $ product portfolio in the orthopedic space. Mr. Smith serves on the board of various companies and foundations and is a founding member of multiple start-up companies in the orthopaedic space and has played a key role in the development, commercialization, and divestment of products with high revenues.
Ben Chandler
Sports Medicine and Regenerative MedicineSales Director
Ben Chandler, the current President of Health Connect Life Sciences, brings 20 years of orthopedic sales experience to the company. He started his career in medical device sales with distributor Surgi-Pro selling Arthrocare Sports Medicine, Pegasus, Nexa, DVO, Arthrosurface, and Osteocel. Following Surgi-Pro, Ben became an independent distributor with Cayenne Medical selling their sports medicine line. Thereafter, Ben joined Crosslink Orthopedics launching Stryker sports medicine in the US market, building out the distributorships sports division, hiring and managing 38 reps in the territories of Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina encompassing revenues in excess of $20 million. Ben joined Health Connect Life Sciences bringing an incredible wealth of orthopedic knowledge, business prowess, and orthopedic sales education. Ben currently oversees the Rotium and Stimlabs product lines.
Joey Dando
Senior Sales Representative

Joey started as an Associate Sales Representative with HCLS, learning and training under a combined 30 years of experience. Through his apprenticeship, Joey learned surgical technique and procedure, allowing him to facilitate patient care. His background in customer service allows him to effectively anticipate and meet the needs of orthopedic surgeons and hospital staff. Joey now serves as Sales Representative for Health Connect Life Sciences, LLC, implementing his knowledge to be a valued member of any surgical team.

Chris Bloom
Sales Representative

Chris has been a sales representative for Health Connect Orthopedics for one year. Chris graduated Baylor University in 2012. He has strong background in Medical Sales, and a natural passion and proclivity for the medical sciences. Chris aims to expand the scope of Health Connect Orthopedics by bringing the highest quality products to the fore of the physicians toolbox and to their attention. Chris learns from the 30 years of combined medical experience of the Health Connect Ortho leadership, and has clocked in countless hours in the OR since he was hired in 2021. He now serves as a Sales Rep.

Brad Felkel
Associate Sales Representative

Brad is currently learning under a combined 30 years of experience on the latest techniques and procedures in the medical field.
Being a former collegiate athlete, Brad understands the importance of working as a team to accomplish a goal, allowing him to be a valuable asset in any operating room.
Preston Campbell
Associate Sales Representative
Preston is now the newest member of the Team. Preston started his sales career at Profession Sports Publications in Sandy Springs for Sports Advertising. With great sales success over a two year span he realized he wanted to sell something to better the lives of others. Preston started his journey into medical sales by completing the 3 month program at Medical Sales College for Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Reconstruction, Biologics and Trauma. By completing this program he gained the foundations to be successful in the industry.
Being a dedicated athlete during his upbringing not only taught him the foundation of hard work and the pursuit of excellence, but also taught him what truly can be achieved as a part of a team. He strives for personal excellence in whatever he does, knowing what he puts his mind to can be accomplished with the people around him.
He is excited to be a part of the Health Connect Life Sciences family, and looks forward to the opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide them with innovative solutions that enhance patient care.
